Colour Choice
Aluminium Vanes come in a huge choice of colours and finishes including Wood effect, Perforated, Hammered finish, Silk and Gloss. Perfect to complement pretty much any décor.
Slat Widths
Aluminium Venetians come in a variety of Slat widths. Although the 25mm width is the most popular and comes in the most colour choice, you can also get 35mm, 50mm and 16mm slats.
Upgrades
As with all blinds, Aluminium Venetians come with a range of upgrade options. These include Decorative Ladder Tapes, Privacy options and Motorisation.
Operation
Our Aluminium Venetian Blinds come as standard with Wand and cord control. The Cord raises and lowers the blind using a Cord-lock system to keep the blind at the height you desire. The wand tilts the slats to regulate the light and privacy levels in the room.
In order to ensure easy operation, these controls can be mounted on either the left or right side of the blind.
Child Safety
Standard Cord and wand operation Aluminium Venetian Blinds require the fitting of a Cleat to comply with Child Safety legislation. Some of our manufacturers give the option of the cleat being attached to the wand. Others supply a separate cleat which will be fitted a minimum of 1.5 metres from the floor by our expert installers.
The purpose of the cleat is to wrap the cords around when the blind is lifted, to ensure they are out of reach of children.
Motorising Aluminium Venetian Blinds is the perfect way to ensure the blind is completely child safe (no dangling cords). Easy to operate using a remote control, the majority of motorised aluminium’s we supply use Li-Ion rechargeable motors.
Perfect Fit and Intu Aluminium’s
Perfect Fit and Intu Blinds integrate perfectly with double glazed windows and doors. Fitting to each individual Pane of glass, these types of Aluminium Blinds are becoming increasingly popular on Bi folding Doors.
