Vertical Blinds & Their Features
Vertical Blinds are a practical and elegant solution for large openings, such as Patio Doors and Bi-folds. These easy to operate blinds are available in such a wide range of colours and fabrics there is something for every décor.
Simply tilt the slats to give control of light and shading, or draw them back to open up a full view of the outside.
Louvre Widths
Vertical Blinds come in 2 widths. The most popular is the 89mm (or 3.5”). This popular size offers the most choice in colour and patterns, however there is a more limited range in the wider 127mm (or 5”) width.
Vertical Blinds and Child Safety
All our Vertical Blinds come with Wand Operation as standard. This easy-to-use pole operates both the tilting and retracting of the blinds. Additionally, as it eliminates dangling cords, it is Child Safe by Design.
The bottom of each of the vanes was, traditionally, connected with a stabilising chain. This chain and its connectors frequently perished and broke looking messy and uneven. To improve the look and lessen frustration for our customers, all our vertical blinds come, as standard, with a heavier weight secured within the bottom pocket.
