Employ Our Own Fitters
All our Installers (like the rest of the team) are fully employed and trained by the company. We are passionate about training, and have weekly training sessions with the whole team.
In addition to this, our fitters have one to one training with our Fitting Manager every week. This ensures that they are kept up to date, and that they are following all our company procedures.
Add to this our Fitting Checklist, completed by our customers at the end of every installation, and our request for any further feedback from our customers, means that we are monitoring our Shutter fits to ensure we are offering the best service possible.

As a company we understand that some shutter ranges take longer to arrive, which can leave windows uncovered for some time. Which is why we offer free temporary blinds to any customers who require them. Ensuring windows are covered from Measure to installation.
