Video Consultations

We offer a variety of options for Consultations with our knowledgeable team which you can book on-line or by calling us on 0118 324 0433

We use the Video Conferencing Platform Zoom for our Virtual Consultations.

Prior to your arranged time we will send you an invitation with a link to the virtual meeting room.

Our consultant will be waiting in the meeting room at the appointed time to meet with you.

• Please have a tape measure handy

This is so you can measure your windows for a quotation. Our Consultant will guide you through the rough measurements we need you to take. If you proceed with an order one of our experienced team will visit you and take the full measurements of your windows prior to starting the manufacture of your window blinds.

• Join the Video Consultation from a portable device

Please call us on 0118 324 0433 if you are having any difficulties joining the Zoom Video Consultation and we will talk you through the process.

It is best if we can clearly view the windows for quotation purposes. This is easiest if the Zoom Meeting is conducted on a portable device that can be moved closer to the windows, or, indeed, from room to room where necessary.

During the Video Consultation We Will:

• Clearly explain the measurement we need you to take in order to supply a quotation
• Discuss your individual needs and suggest products best suited to your circumstance
• Explain the operation of the products chosen using both images and when applicable physical samples
• Discuss the relevant fitting positions of the products chosen to achieve the best look and functionality
• Share links to the relevant picture galleries or fabric galleries on our website
• Produce and email a full quotation to you
• Not pressurise you into proceeding, however will make clear the next steps if you do wish to purchase from us.
