Do I need to measure?
In order to offer a quotation we ask for a basic width and drop measurement. If you decide to proceed we do come out and take a full set of measurements prior to manufacture.
Where are your Showrooms?
What days are you open?
We open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm
Do you complete installations on a Saturday?
Yes we do. We complete installations Monday to Saturday.
Do you offer Home Consultations?
We do offer Home Consultations. We make a small charge of £19.99 for these, although £15 of this is refundable against an order of blinds with us. We send £4.99 to a charity (Woodlands trust at time of publication) to offset some of our carbon emissions.
Do you offer a supply only service?

We offer a 10 Year Guarantee on Shutters
We offer a 3 Year Guarantee on Blinds and Curtains
For Commercial and Let Property Installations we Offer a 1 Year Guarantee on Shutters, Blinds and Curtains
Our Guarantee covers Installation and manufacture defects, however does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage. Please see our terms and conditions for the full details.
Why do I need to have Child Safety Devices Fitted?
The law changed in 2014 regarding Blind Cords and Child Safety. As a responsible company we will always install Child Safety Devices when necessary and we will notify you that these will need to be installed during the quotation period.
Do you offer evening appointments?
We offer appointments Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Do I need an appointment to visit your Showroom?
No you do not need an appointment to visit our Showrooms, although please be aware that we can get quite busy so you may need to wait a few minutes for a Consultant to be available to see you.
