Walk-ins are very welcome. Some customers prefer to book to ensure a consultant is free, but you’re more than welcome to drop in any time during our opening hours.Should I bring my window measurements?
Yes, if possible — just rough sizes are fine. A quick width and drop can help us give more accurate guidance on styles and pricing. And if you can, bring a photo of the window or door — it really helps us understand the space you’re working with.

I walked into the showroom today wanting to get ideas for window dressing for my new home. I met Vicki who was super helpful and patient. We talked through my preferences room by room, kitchen, bedrooms, living room. Vicki showed me the options in the showroom and we considered the pros and cons of each as well as seasonal factors. I was very pleased with the recommendations made as I can be very indecisive. I’m looking forward to coming back later in the year and placing my order!
UPDATE: Another great trip to @berkshireblindsshutters on Saturday it was Joe who had the pleasure of my company and he was a star! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions! I think I was in there an hour or so and it was no trouble at all for me to rummage through the blinds and fabrics to my heart’s content. Can’t wait to get these guys in at my new home and ordering my window dressings in a couple months! Thanks for letting me come by and have another browse and seek your advice.
UPDATES: Blinds now installed, very happy with the service. This is only half of the order. I am going back to look at fabrics for the finishing touches for the larger windows. Excellent range and variety in the showroom. Highly recommended if you prefer to look and feel what you’re buying in advance and have someone take care of the install.
